Who is Bill Carter?

I have over 36 years experience in the marketing of prestigious properties throughout Westlake Village, from North Ranch to Sherwood, and Hidden Hills to Channel Islands and have been personally involved in over $1 billion in listings and sales. 

I am very familiar with affluent homes.  As the former Owner/President of Realty-World, Westlake Village,  I was honored in 1988, 1989, 1990, and 1992 as the #1 office in the Ventura/North L.A. County region!

I joined Young Realtors in 1992 as Vice President and received Young's highest tribute, the Diamond Sales Achievement award, from 1992 through 2005.  I also was one of the top three Realtors for Young Realtors, in listing, sales and total production during those years.

In 1995, I was not only appointed Executive Vice-President and Director of Fine Homes and Estates but was also made partner of the firm.  During this period I was instrumental in affiliating Young Estates with Leading Estates of the World and the Who's Who of Luxury Real Estate website, both of which gave the top Estate Agents throughout Southern California access to the select inventory of Young Estates.

Sotheby's International Realty purchased our company in 2005 and I remained on as Estates Director to continue my career as a member of the world's leading residential brokerage firm. 

My continued success has been brought about primarly because of my interaction with "out of area" brokers.  The relationship I have with other high-end Real Estate firms is considered one of the best in Southern California.
